Dexterous Numerics - Absent Friends

Dexterous Numerics is Stuart Flower, a producer from Kent, England. Growing up in the 80s it was impossible to avoid the influence of classic electro, electronica, and synth pop - and these influences can all be heard to an extent in Stuarts music. The 'Dexterous project' is principally focussed on the Nu Electro sound, although there are dashes of IDM which are particularly strong on the `Absent Friends AA` track submitted for this compilation. This track is a personal dedication to my close friend `Alan Atkinson` who passed away in March 2012.
