Neil Spragg (aka Sir Real) has been involved in the music scene in Birmingham for more than 20 years as a drummer (for Omnia Opera, Sand, Mocca and Windscale amongst many others), producer and record label owner, and for the last seventeen years he has been an integral part of the Midlands club scene and is one of the three original resident DJs (alongside Surgeon & Paul 'Damage' Bailey) from notorious Birmingham club House of God, one of the longest running nights in the UK (it celebrated its 19th birthday in February 2012!).
As Sir Real he is a prolific producer, and has released several well-received EPs on his own labels [k]racktroni[k], Snafu Recordings and Round Records as well as recording tracks for Satamile, Ant-Zen/Hymen, Psy-Harmonics, Invisible Agent, Domino, Embryo Records, Magic Trax, and Melt Recordings. When he’s not behind a drumkit or releasing records he also finds time to write music and create sound effects for various gaming companies in the UK...
